Primary Healthcare Centre, North Wales
The brief asked for a building suitable for use
by two individual GP Practices that would provide core facilities
in accordance with current Welsh Assembly Government guidance. The building
is planned as a 2 storey, 1600m² structure designed to meet
BREEAM Excellent standards, to be built on a small Brown field site. Part
of the development will include the design and construction of 900m² of
speculative Retail space.
