Mold Primary Healthcare Centre, North Wales
A new build commission to house two separate GP Practices. The brief asked for a building suitable for use by two individual Practices that would provide core facilities to be shared by the Practices whilst allowing each Practice to keep its own individual identity. The building is a 2 storey, 1150m² structure to be built on a Brown field site within Mold Town Centre and is designed to meet BREEAM Excellent standards.
