Part of a speculative office development of 5 buildings totaling 49,800 sq
ft commissioned by Redstart Construction and Alaska. The buildings respond
to a planning restriction preventing buildings having eaves and ridges higher
than a two storey building, Slicing through the ridge line and providing a
glazed façade maximizes the office floor area and amount of natural
light within each room.
