Primary Healthcare Centre, North Wales
A new build commission for a Primary Healthcare Centre and Pharmacy, to allow
the relocation of an existing Doctors Practice for 8 GPs, including a total
of 18 Consulting Rooms. The building is a 3 storey, 1800m² structure
that was built on a challenging site within an area susceptible to flooding
which also housed a Minor Operations suite and accommodation for District
Nurses and Health Visitors.
