Successful
opening of the latest YO! Sushi restaurant
DGA are pleased to announce the successful opening, to critical
acclaim of the latest YO! Sushi restaurant at Market Place, off Oxford
Street, London.
The innovative design of the restaurant by DGA was inspired by a recent
visit to Tokyo by Ewan Dryburgh, leading to a cutting edge interior with
a red and black themed colour scheme with natural Bamboo veneers on the
bespoke joinery, reflected by the striking ‘tree-like’ canopy
above the restaurant and in front of the kitchen. The restaurant is the
first in the YO! Sushi portfolio to have a Cocktail Bar.
Quirky features such as the hi-tech automated toilets imported from Japan,
combined with more traditional Japanese features such as lowered seating
help to create one of the most unique dining experiences in the country.
