Ewan studied architecture at Liverpool University where he won the ‘John Rankin Prize for Architecture’.

Since qualifying and becoming a chartered architect Ewan's architectural experience has been primarily in the leisure and commercial sectors. More recently he has specialised in interior design and refurbishment for a number of national based clients. He has developed considerable skill in 3-dimensional modelling and presentation techniques, enabling clients to understand their projects in 3D from an early conceptual stage to final design.

Ewan has continued to receive recognition for his design work, gaining numerous design awards including the Leeds City Award for Architecture and the Wandsworth Borough Council Award for outstanding contribution to design.
